(1) The kinds of fruit specified in column 2 of the following table, and the quantities respectively specified in column 3 of that table, are prescribed for the purposes of section 6 of the Act—

(2) A reference in the table in subregulation (1) to a quantity in relation to a period of time shall be read, in relation to an act of exportation by a person of fruit of the kind in relation to which the reference is made, as a reference to a quantity of fruit of that kind that, taken with any other fruit of that kind exported by that person during the specified period ending on the date of that act of exportation, is equal to the quantity specified in relation to that period.
